When you start with Pole Dancing everyone has to do the 4 week Beginners Course, this is 1 hour per week for 4 weeks. Then you carry on to the Intermediate level which is again 1 hour a week for 4 weeks, you can either carry on after that or if you feel comfortable with going upside down and climbing you can the go to the Mixed Level Class which is an hour and a quarter long every week.
Or if you would prefer more attention and more privacy why not have 1 – 1 training or do it with a friend and have 2 – 1 training.
Our fully qualified instructors will teach you step by step instructions on how to pole dance.
A pole dancing workout burns over 300 calories so if you hate the gym and are looking for something new, fun and exciting – you’ve found it. Pole Dancing will tone and define your muscles, making you stronger, fitter, and more flexible. Think of Pole Dancing as a mixture of gymnastics and ballet with lots and lots of fun and laughter!

Pole At Home
If you have a pole at home and are just struggling getting to regular classes due to work commitments or childcare commitments – then Pole At Home is perfect for you. There are 3 levels of moves posted daily – Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced to suit everyone, there are also combinations and routines for you to have fun with. There will be videos and information posted for one month but you will have access to the group for as long as you want.
