If you have a pole at home and are just struggling getting to regular classes due to work commitments or childcare commitments – then Pole At Home is perfect for you. There are 3 levels of moves posted daily – Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced to suit everyone, there are also combinations and routines for you to have fun with. There will be videos and information posted for one month but you will have access to the group for as long as you want. As this is a brand new package I am trialling one month and the cost will be only £20.00.
